Thank you for shopping at EzzyeBooks. This policy applies to all products sold through our store.
Digital products. All products sold by EzzyeBooks are digital goods (downloadable e-books in PDF format and related digital files) delivered electronically. Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and copied, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order is complete and the download is available.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access and expressly consent to its immediate delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and similar rights in other jurisdictions).
Problems with your order. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical problem — a corrupted file, a broken download link, or you received the wrong file — please contact us within 14 days of purchase at ebooks@ezzyebooks.com, and we will fix the issue, re-send the file, or provide a working download link.
Duplicate or accidental purchases. If you were charged more than once for the same item, or made an accidental purchase you have not downloaded, contact us at ebooks@ezzyebooks.com, and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate or unused order.
