Delivery Policy
EzzyeBooks sells digital products only — no physical items are shipped. After your purchase is complete, you receive immediate access to your files: a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address used at checkout.
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at ebooks@ezzyebooks.com. Please make sure to enter a valid email address at checkout, since all downloads are delivered electronically.
